One of the small details Alto Knights got right about Costello was a name some of his friends used to call him. It’s not written about much and I heard it from Diamond Jim Moran’s son who said his dad used to call Frank, Cheech. Both Anastasia and The Boot refer to Frank as Cheech in the film.
